从事酒店餐饮事业是我多时的梦想。在高中时代的我就在暗暗的想着自己可以选择喜爱的专业，它也是我学习的动力。一直以来旅游与品尝美食就是我的两大爱好，以前就不断的幻想着未来的生活工作可以和兴趣爱好结合在一起将会是多么美妙的事情。所以大学的专业我就选择了旅游管理(侧重酒店管理)。
我所在的专业学习的内容较为综合，这样使我接触了很多相关领域的知识，比如：这样的学习让我受益匪浅，让我更加全面的认识了旅游业及餐饮业的相关知识，也使我在不断的学习完善过程中，拥有了坚实的基础和良好的能力并进一步的明确了自我的发展方向——酒店管理。因为有了目标进入大学的我就一直努力做好自己的每一步，合理的安排自己的学习与生活。努力学好专业知识及保持良好学习成绩的同时，积极的加入学校的社团活动，并组织参加学校各类活动及公益活动(艾滋病日宣传、关爱留守儿童等等)。并和几位优秀的同学合力创办了为同学们考研、考级、英语学习等多方面学习服务的社团--“为学社”,该社在09年被成都市团委评为大学生十大更佳社团。曾先后担任：学校学生公寓管理委员会文体部副部长、学校为学社活动部部长、学校心理发展协会秘书部干事等等职务，并在2007学年——2008学年获得奖学金及“优秀学生干部”的称号。大一大二的充实生活及良好的专业基础，不但让我成熟，增强了我的社交能力更让我对以后的学习信心倍增。大三的专业课程及公共基础课程开始增添一些实践课程，让我有了更多课外实践的机会锻炼了我理论与实际相结合的能力，让所学知识可以更好的运用于实践中。
在我看来酒店管理这绝对是一个不错的选择，随着中国经济的迅速腾飞，人民生活的提高促使了旅游业的不断发展，它的发展速度与潜力也是不容忽视的，所以我一直对旅游业及相关的餐饮业充满信心。我所在的学院与佩斯旅游与酒店管理学院有合作办学关系，中方与澳方教学的相互结合让我学习到很多专业知识，而我在学习中不仅发现我校的该专业教育质量与国际先进水平还是有一定的差距，也发现国外教育的优势和酒店业的先进与完善。于是我决心出国深造。贵校的学习环境和教育质量一直是我梦寐以求的，我一直在关注着贵校的情况与发展，特别是酒店管理专业的相关信息，希望我可以去贵校学习顺利毕业后回国完成自己的梦想，创立一家自己的特色餐厅。也希望让我深感满意及向往的贵校给我一个学习深造的机会，本人将万分感谢!

到达方式：
飞机：珀斯国内与国际航班往返密集，为澳洲对外的西岸重要门户。珀斯的国际机场与国内机场相隔十公里，国际机场在市中心东北20公里的地方，搭乘巴士或出租车，前往市中心则需要 30～40分钟。
火车：珀斯与悉尼间有横贯大陆的铁路“lndian Pacific”号列车往返，该线火车是观光列车，所以旅客有提早预约的必要。每周三次，星期四、六，日由悉尼准点开出，星期日、一、四由珀斯开出，约需65小时。
汽车：珀斯与国内各主要都市之间有灰狗与Pioneer两家公司的高速巴士往返行驶，自悉尼出发的话需要约70小时，由墨尔本出发的话大约需50小时，由阿得雷德出发则约需36小时。
港口
费利曼特港(Fremantle Port)位于珀斯西南16公里处，以澳大利亚的海运门户而闻名，它与新加坡之间有着定期航线;此外，自欧洲开来的游轮也都在此停泊。
观光巴士：在市中心有免费巴士，西起英皇公园，东到板球场;南起巴拉克圣杰堤码头， 北到博物馆。此外，还有一种市区循环免费巴士City Cliper，分为红黄蓝绿白五种路线，环绕特定区域行驶服务。
可以购买的礼品：
珀斯有两大主要购物中心，分别是默里购物中心(Murray Mall)和海街购物中心(Hay Street Mall)。另外，古老的君王街(King Street)和福瑞斯特购物中心(Forrest Place)也是两处非常好的购物地点。
